Editing
I have been editing quality videos and films with passion for about 20 years. I consider it as a work of privilege and obviously a form of art, of expression, where however technical knowledge and skill with the means used is vital to be able to put one's own and the director's ideas into practice. I offer the possibility to edit at my personal studio with one responsible/director on a daily basis on Avid or Resolve (offline/online or online directly, depends on projects dimension), or at your/external facility/studio for offline/online editing with the same systems or other software on request. So from a minimum of one day to years of work for larger projects, each film idea has different circumstances and requires different time to be put into practice and I will be happy to consider every need. I can easily perform any type of data wrangling, audio sync and ingest and create data backups myself, or just work on the editing in combination with one of your assistants if the editing takes place in your studios.

Motion design, compositing and VFX
My experience as an editor has always been accompanied by the ability to manipulate images to add some extras or modify their essence. In-house I can process film title designs and add all types of titles/credits. I have considerable experience in compositing, chroma key, rotoscoping, removal of unwanted elements in the image, stabilisation, errors correction (After Effects). I am happy to design 2D and 3D animated graphics with or without integration with real images. Given the complexity and time required, I don´t do elaborate character animation alone in-house, but I can follow and control such work if necessary by involving other colleagues in the sector.

Color correction and finishing
I have dedicated more and more time to color correction of my edited projects. I find it as another means of expression and a key step to directly put into practice ideas already had during the editing phase. I offer in-house SDR color correction also for longer projects and online edited externally by third parties on Resolve and a calibrated monitor up to 4K resolution. I consider color correction a very important step for the final character of the film for which I invest more time than large studios in the sector can estimate for theoretically the same process, as more dedication produces better qualitative effects in the long run and I care about that. Other finishing processes such as stabilisation, noise reduction, deflicker and resolution of minor issues are obviously included in the color correction service.

Mastering
I also offer in-house creation of all the masters necessary for distribution on internet platforms as well as international TV broadcasters with different technical specifications.

Technical advisory
I also offer assistance and technical consultancy for resolving issues and planning or optimizing existing or future post-production workflows, remotely or directly on site.
